About Us
Before founding Verdius Infraestratégia, Luiz Fernando Fabbriani built his career inside the operations he now advises — not observing them from the outside.
He served as Executive Director of corporate performance programs at large sanitation utilities, led the development of strategic intelligence for sanitation-sector technology platforms, and ran management professionalization programs for critical-infrastructure service providers.
That experience shaped the rationale that now structures Verdius's methodology: few indicators, fast decisions, disciplined routines and measurable value generation — instead of lengthy reports that never reach the operation.
Today, at the helm of Verdius, Fabbriani is directly involved in running programs such as Saneamento Performance 16 — coordinating executive committees, technical validation and institutional relationships with CEOs and Boards — and in structuring operational leadership programs, such as the one delivered with service providers related to Sanitation.
Academic Background
In 2017, Fabbriani completed an International Professional Master's in Urban and Environmental Engineering at PUC-Rio.
Over the course of his career he earned two MBAs: the IAG Master in Corporate Finance from PUC-Rio (1997) and an Executive MBA from COOPEAD (2004).
While working at CH2M HILL and AECOM in Brazil, he had the opportunity to work internationally with American companies, completing Program Management training and an intensive Executive English course in 2011 and 2012 in Denver, Colorado, USA.
